10 Top Summer Pedicure Colors 2025

With all those cute sandals on rotation, summer is obviously one of the best times of the year to really go big with your pedicure. And there’s even more fun to be had this year with the way everyone’s dabbling in maximalism via color, texture, and hyper personalization right now. A simple, pale pink pedi is always cute, but now’s your chance to explore different parts of the color wheel and lean into fun designs. These summer pedicure colors will spark your imagination for your next salon appointment.

Bright Coral

Bright corals and orange-y reds give that splashy, juicy energy everyone craves come summertime. “I recently went on vacation and have seen this shade on so many people’s toes,” says Galdina Jimenez, nail artist and OPI’s global education manager. “I think this color trend will stick around all summer long.”

Pistachio

Pistachio is having a major moment right now, and sporting the hue on your toes is a fun way to try the trend. Pistachio is a slightly muted (but still verdant) green that’s surprisingly wearable. It has some subtle yellow undertones that make it feel perfect for summertime.

Butter Yellow

Butter yellow remains a staple as we move from spring into summer. “Yellow and hues around yellow provide the feeling of warmth, and the subtle and subdued hue of butter yellow is a lot more appealing to those that are not normally adventurous when picking a color,” Jimenez says.

Citrus Yellow

Citrus yellow is butter yellow’s splashier sister, and she’s an absolute yes as your go-to summer pedicure color. “I love this because it’s energetic, happy, and vibes with the fabrics of summer clothing,” says Elle Gerstein, celebrity nail artist. You could even have fun with it by adding lemon-inspired art or going with a limoncello French.

Lavendar Milk

A soft, milky lilac is a gorgeous summer pedicure color that makes a statement without being too out there. “This is like a fresh feeling with airy vibes that are pastel; it gives a soft shade with a lot of extra shine,” Gerstein says. She adds that it’s especially flattering on olive skin tones, but it still looks great on anyone.

Crisp White

Take your summer pedicure cue from Rihanna, who routinely wears white on her toenails. For its “lack of color,” white is a surprisingly bold color to choose and it just feels right for summertime.

Deep Ocean Blue

Hello, mermaid vibes. “This hue is ocean serene and it’s never going away,” Gerstein says. “It’s universal and seems underrated because it might not seem as trendy, but it’s more of a staple and part of the core of what summer feels like.” Add some mermaid touches with 3D texture, or go for a bit of sparkle or shimmer to dress up your toes.

Blue Cream

For those who may feel that ocean blue nails are too bright for their hands, a softer variation still works as a summer pedicure color. Jimenez says to go with a blue cream or a sky blue, which embraces those cool blue tones without feeling like too much.

Bright Red

Red has always been, and will always be, a staple pedicure color. This is the perfect choice for those who like to keep it classic but not boring. It’s bold, chic, and looks good on everyone. The key is to find a shade with undertones that flatter your skin tone.

Fuchsia

Summer gives you a chance to really go big, and few hues are as eye-catching as fuchsia. “This is a bold vivid pink that makes a statement,” Gerstein says. “It pairs well with floral and makes a great pop of color. It could replace your winter red and have some pop and drama.”
