The Brewers on Wednesday placed veteran left-hander Jose Quintana on the 15-day injured list with a left shoulder impingement and recalled right-hander Tobias Myers from Triple-A Nashville in a corresponding move.
Quintana had a delayed start to the season after signing with Milwaukee in early March, but he has been excellent for the team he once tormented as an opponent, going 4-1 and pitching to a 2.65 ERA in six starts.
