Cinnamon Roll Muffin Recipe

Cinnamon roll meets coffee cake in this easy recipe, as ribbons of cinnamon-spiced brown sugar and pecans swirl through tender muffin crumb. Have them for breakfast or a mid-afternoon snack and you will be wondering where these muffins have been all your life. Streusel sounds fancy, but it’s as simple as mixing cinnamon, brown sugar, and chopped pecans and then folding it in to just streak the mixture. Some reserved streusel adorns the muffin tops and bakes into a coffee cake-like finish. Rest assured that the cream cheese glaze has cinnamon roll written all over it.
